It's Christmas time again and some of us will be shopping for kids. Perhaps we have some nieces, nephews or grand-kids we need a gift for or some close relative or acquaintance's kids. Kids are pretty easy to buy for, but in the rush of Christmas shopping, it can be kind of overwhelming and we can be at a loss on what to get. Here are some simple and reasonably priced Christmas gift ideas for boys under or around 10 dollars.
If they are under a certain age, like 8 years old or so, you know they will like some kind of small cars like Hot Wheels. They love those things. They will carry them with them, everywhere. They are very inexpensive and although they seem like a small and insignificant type of gift, who hasn't seen a kid with a Hot Wheel?
Boys like sports. Basketballs, footballs, baseballs or soccer balls make for a great, yet reasonably priced gift. Plus they get outside and get some exercise.
For older boys over about 8 years of age, you might consider models. They have all sorts of models, from cars and trucks, to airplanes and ships. Around that age they enjoy toys, but they also like building models that they can display or play with. Its a great gift because it teaches them patience and dexterity among many other things.
These types of gifts are very reasonably priced but will be toys that they will actually enjoy.
